Matt Linder , Founder | CEO

Since his entry into the professional world over 15 years ago, getting people what they need to succeed ignited a passionate fire within Matt.  From working directly with people on the Autism Spectrum to leading hundreds of people in several companies, he learned humility and developed systems for accountability, objectivity, and effective communication.  As he honed his skills to motivate, inspire, support, and respect others, Matt continually took on the opportunities to lead more people and mint more leaders. Achieving the desired effect through others is a burden, but one shouldered by the leader. Understanding this tenet paved the path for him to flourish as an executive harnessing the principles of organizational behavior management and human performance theory to bring out the best in his employees.  His experiences  as a pivotal player in rapidly scaling an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company served as significant contributors. Matt took this company from 30 employees to over 600, with the last 5 years as Executive Vice President & COO. Seeing the opportunity to broaden his impact, he started a company to work with organizations to bridge operational and cultural gaps through coaching and consultation, even acting as a fractal executive when needed. Matt lives to work with others to develop/ customize the strategies, tools, resources, and systems for maximizing effective leadership and scaling small business.
